| Job Description | 
    Purpose of this position:  1. As a key member of China Executive Team, you will lead the financial and commercial management of the business.  2. In addition, you will provide a strong support to GM China in strategy development, resource allocation, and business performance management and acquisition evaluation/implementation.  3. You will also act as liaison between the Company China and Regional / Group Finance Department for matters relating to businesses within the region.  4. Key accountabilities include: Commercial & Business Leadership and improvement, Strategic Plan & Budgets, Reporting, Investment and Capital Expenditure, Joint Ventures, Treasury Management, Tax, Audit and Compliance, Leadership & team development, etc.  
Requirements:  1. CPA/ CA qualified or equivalent  2. Relevant MBA would be highly regarded  3. Business/Technical / Personal Skills:  4. Demonstrated leadership, decision making, commercial experience and insight  5. High level management & financial planning with strategic thinking skills to drive business  6. Ability to influence and negotiate  7. Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills  8. Demonstrated skills of tact and diplomacy and be a team player  9. Ability to interact with all levels of business  10. Ability to handle diversity and cultural differences  11. Possess high level drive & motivation  12. A high performer with a hands on approach  13. S/He will have demonstrable commercial experience and insight, preferably gained in a manufacturing environment with up to date knowledge of local GAAP, and high degree of technical competency.  14. Must has Extensive financial management experience from a manufacturing background  15. Working experience in a MNC is highly regarded  16. Experience in leading or executing strategy & change in a finance organisation and business will be preferable.   |
