工作职责：
1. Lead the facility organization to provide an effective and professional facility service to support the core business of PCB manufacture
2. Act as key interface for senior management, production departments and the other supporting functions in the company.
3. Controls building design, constructions, installations and maintenance.
4. Supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment in the buildings as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.
5. Analyses and standardizes various facilities procedures to improve efficiencies.
6. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
7. Assigns duties for subordinates and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures.
8. Coordinates purchase orders within budget guidelines and files monthly reports to accounting, corporate, and/or facilities management
9. Other duties as assigned.

10. Conduct effective communications with senior management, production department and the other supporting functions in the company.
11. Inspects plant and evaluates the use of space and facilities,
12. Operates and maintain in a cost effective manner all the mission critical installations such as clean rooms, DI water system , wastewater treatment system, air scrubbers, chemical stores, mechanical installations, piping and noise reduction facilities
13. Plans, budgets and schedules various facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts and contracts for construction and acquisitions.
14. Develops long-term plans, conceptual designs and capital outlay requirements and documentation for various facilities.
15. Formulates and coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts and associated documents.
16. Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies.
17. Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
18. Review the site facilities operations to ensure compliance with government specifications and suitability for occupancy.
19. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation, layout and communication services.
20. Oversees and directs maintenance personnel and workers engaged in facility equipment installation, facilities equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
21. Oversees development and updating of the Disaster Recovery Plan and ensures site readiness.
22. Oversees facilities safety and training programs, first aid and First Responder program, Hazmat, Lock-out/Tag-out, chemical handling safety, MSDS data sheets, compliance to OSHA regulations.
任职资格：
1. Degree in engineering
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities engineering or related field, and at least 5 years in manager position
3. Proven experience in PCB manufacturing environment.
4. Knowledge and experience in environmental engineering including water treatment, air emission reduction and chemical management is desired
5. Strong leadership and people management skills
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin |
