工作职责： 1.Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing and managing all the activities of the operations 2.Responsible for identifying and recommending the short, medium and long term business strategies 3.Responsible for operation’s plans and budget, developing business plan and strategies for the operations 4.Responsible for controlling the development and manufacturing of products 5.Establish budget and drive operational efficiency and optimize the cost for both plants for better controlling expenses of the operations 6.Develop, implement, and measure departmental KPIs 7.Responsible for organizing and chairing meetings with internal teams and customers
任职资格： 1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering 2.At least 15 years leadership experience in PCB industry 3.Good command of English and Chinese
