| 岗位描述 | 任职资格的具体描述： 1. Masters degree in Building Science or Engineering with 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction or building industry and 3 years regional exposure. 2. Strong knowledge in building sustainability and the concept of total building performance including fire, acoustics, thermal and energy efficiency. 3. Knowledge in computer aided tools for building performance simulations. 4. Ability to manage, lead and motivate a team of technical managers. 5. Proven to lead and facilitate team or client discussions effectively. 6. Understands how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully. 7. Able to travel with minimum notice and occasional extended periods. 岗位职责： 1. Manage the department across various offices in China for technical support, product development and site inspection services. 2. Establish and build competent level of technical knowledge of the department in the area of product applications and core competency such as thermal, fire, acoustics and energy efficiency. 3. Establish the company as a leading technical insulation solutions provider, offering innovative systems and product solutions to enhance total building performance. 4. Provide technical directions to the management and other departments for market and design trend, product development and technologies in the industry, and make recommendations for business directions. |
