储备人才

任职资格：

1、硕士以上学历，材料、物理、化学、电子等理工科相关专业毕业；Master degree or above with major in Material science, Physics,Chemistry and Electronics etc；

2、6年以上OLED 发光结构单元设计工作或研究经验；有AM-OLED行业量产工作经验更佳。Candidates have to take at least 6+ years experience in OLED device design area.Candidate who has proven experience in mass-production OLED FAB is preferred；

3、了解AM-OLED工艺各段制程；Familiar with the process of AMOLED(including RGB-OLED,W-OLED,OLED-lighting)；

4、良好的英文读写能力；Good English reading and writing ability；

工作内容：

1、OLED发光单元的结构方案设计:Take the ownership of OLED EL device unit design and performance improvement；

2、评价各种发光材料和工艺对器件结构的要求； Evalutate OLED EL material.Cooperate with OLED process team to fine tune OLED manufacture process and address the root cause which influences the OLED performance；

3、搭建OLED技术开发平台；Take the leadership of establishing OLED device research platform；

4、负责新技术的开发（例如：柔性OLED显示）；Be in charge of OLED related novel technology and process development(For example: Flexible OLED display)。
